Our laptop return service is designed to be seamless and stress-free for both you and your employee. Here's what's included:
A laptop return kit: We provide your employee with a padded laptop box, a prepaid self-stick return label (no printer required!), easy packing and shipping instructions, and tape.
Tracking updates: We keep you informed with tracking updates sent to your company email address, so you always know the status of the return.
Email communications: Your employee receives timely reminders and updates via email, ensuring they stay on track with the return process.
Responsive support: Our support team is here to assist you and your employee throughout the entire process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Our padded laptop box is designed to accommodate most laptops up to 16 inches, along with a cell phone and charger or similar accessories in its convenient tray.
Minimum device size: 11” x 7” x 0.5”
Maximum device size: 15.125” x 10.25” x 1”
Additionally, the accessories tray, sized at 15.75” x 3.5” x 1.5” provides ample space for your essentials.
Please note that while the box is padded for protection, the accessories tray is not.

Absolutely! Our pricing is flat-rate and covers shipping in both directions. The price includes shipping the empty box to your employee and return shipping back to your company address or any address of your choosing.

Yes, our packaging is eco-friendly, sustainable, and 100% recyclable. At the core of our priorities is sustainability, reflected in our easily recyclable cardboard boxes. Simply dispose of the cardboard box with your paper recycling, and the polypropylene padding insert can also be easily removed and recycled.
