  • Order Fulfillment: When a Company places an order for Device return, we collect:

    • The name, address, and (optionally) email address of the individual possessing the Device.

    • The name, address, and contact email of the Company personnel, team, or office where the Device is to be returned.

    • Company billing information, which may include credit card details for payment processing.

  • Compliance Information: We may request information regarding the country of residence of Company personnel or the Company’s country of operation to comply with applicable legal requirements.

Please note that our policy is never to take possession of the Device itself or to access the information stored on the Device.
