REST API
Create, get, list and cancel orders, and list devices. API keys can be rotated and revoked.
Webhooks
Order status-change events signed with HMAC-SHA256 in the X-Shiply-Signature header. No automatic retry or event replay.
Snipe-IT (optional)
Off by default. When turned on, it can sync serial numbers, asset tags and certificate links.
Also in the portal
CSV or Excel bulk upload, validated and previewed before anything is charged, and CSV export of orders, devices and certificate links.
Not native integrations
ShiplyTech has no native integration with Jamf, Intune, Okta, ServiceNow, HubSpot, Salesforce or other MDM or HRIS platforms, and no access to customer MDM, Apple Business Manager or Autopilot.
