Staff check the device in and manually check enrollment and Activation Lock where applicable. ShiplyTech has no access to customer MDM or Apple Business Manager.
Visible to your team
Inventory, device status, storage days, serial information and enrollment verification results in the portal.

Storage in plain terms
$8 per device per month, billed monthly on one consolidated invoice. Devices sent for disposal have a 30-day fee-free period after receipt.
