No. You pay per order. There is no subscription and no contract.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee.
What is included in the $95 laptop return?
A padded box, prepaid shipping for the return kit and prepaid return shipping for the laptop, tracking both ways, employee reminders, email updates, and a dashboard and API from your first order. No sales tax is added.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Both shipping legs, to the employee and back to the destination you choose, are included in the price. ShiplyTech picks the carrier automatically: the lowest-cost eligible option expected to arrive in about 3–5 business days. That is an estimate, not a guarantee.
How much does Canada cost?
$145 per laptop return. Laptops only. Not available in Yukon, Northwest Territories or Nunavut. Contact us for Canada and UK details.
How much does the UK cost?
$250 per laptop return. Laptops only, Great Britain only: not Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands. Contact us for Canada and UK details.
Can I return monitors or iMacs internationally?
No. Outside the US we handle laptops only.
How does peripherals pricing work?
Peripherals box: $25 when added to an order that includes another box (laptop, monitor, iMac or 5-slot box), $30 on its own. It ships as its own box with its own labels and tracking number inside the same order. US only.
Can one order contain more than one box?
Yes. One order and one payment can include up to 6 boxes. Each box has its own labels and tracking.
Can I return a work phone?
A work phone can be returned for a $9 add-on with a laptop or 5-slot box. There is no standalone phone return.
How does the 5-slot laptop box work?
It is one physical box that holds up to five laptops, for $234. Use it when up to five laptops are coming back together from one place. Contiguous US only.
How much is storage?
$8 per device per month, billed monthly on one consolidated invoice, for devices stored in the ShiplyTech warehouse. Devices sent for disposal have a 30-day fee-free period after receipt.
Is carrier pickup available?
Yes. Scheduled carrier pickup is available as an add-on for $15 for a future-day pickup or $20 for same-day pickup. Pickup is not included by default. If pickup was added to the order, the employee can schedule it from their private return page without creating an account.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, for 30 minutes after payment, for a full refund. We refund the charge and void both labels. After that the order cannot be changed or refunded.
How do I pay?
By card through checkout or with a saved card. You get a receipt email after every payment.
