Add a scheduled carrier pickup.
Scheduled carrier pickup is available as an add-on for $15 for a future-day pickup or $20 for same-day pickup.
How pickup works
Pickup is an optional add-on, not included by default.
Added to the order
Choose a future-day or same-day pickup when you place the order.
Scheduled by the employee
If pickup was added to the order, the employee can schedule it from their private return page without creating an account.
Not in-person retrieval
The carrier collects the packed box. It is not an in-person recovery service.
The next departure shouldn't cost you an afternoon.
