Trust

Built to be checked.

ShiplyTech handles real employee and company-device return workflows. That means IT teams should be able to understand what information is used, what happens during a return, and what controls are in place.

Visibility is part of the service.

ShiplyTech does not ask IT to hand off the return and lose sight of it. Your organization can follow each return through the states it moves through.

What ShiplyTech handles — and what stays with your team.

ShiplyTech has no access to your MDM, Apple Business Manager or Autopilot and cannot release or unlock a device. It runs the return, not your fleet.

ShiplyTech

  • Return coordination
  • Shipping workflow
  • Employee communication
  • Follow-ups
  • Tracking
  • Warehouse check-in, storage and secure disposal
  • Manual enrollment and Activation Lock checks where applicable

Your team

  • Starting the return
  • Choosing the outcome: return, warehouse or disposal
  • Releasing and unlocking devices before shipping
  • Internal inventory decisions
  • Inspection of returns delivered to your company

No spreadsheet reconstruction. No inbox archaeology.

Return status, tracking for each box and reminder progress sit with the order, so nobody has to rebuild a return from emails and tracking numbers.

Your organization’s records only

Each organization's data is isolated at the database level. Your team sees your organization’s returns.

An activity history for devices

Each order keeps an event history, so your team can see what happened and when.

Clear communication without pretending the employee works for ShiplyTech.

The employee receives emailed instructions and a personal return link for your company’s return. They do not need an account. Reminders stop when the return label is scanned, when the employee unsubscribes or when your team turns them off.

Payments

Stripe handles card data. ShiplyTech never receives or stores card numbers. Shipping labels are bought only after payment.

After delivery

Returns to your company are checked in by your team. Warehouse and disposal devices are checked in by ShiplyTech staff, and destruction records may include BitRaser information according to the disposal record.
